How does it help you lead?
"It helped me to better understand that demanding workloads do not always correlate to negativity from the team. As long as they understand the work they are doing is meaningful, they are more than happy to work hard and under heavy stress. It saves us a lot of headaches because we can address issues early and often."
"We run a very lean agile methodology here. We have abandoned all structured meetings, because we believe that work is deferred by establishing structure. In essence, people save work until after holding meetings vs. meeting in the flow of work to resolve issues. This tool is great for replacing retrospectives! It helps us to get the info we need without wasting time we could better spend on engineering."
