What attracted you to the product?
"Our challenge was to understand what was happening across the company, not just in one team or with a few people. We wanted something non-intrusive that would give us insight that could be easily compared and contrasted. Finally, I loved the idea that it could be just a simple, single question each week which I hoped people would welcome."
How long did it take to get up and running?
"Getting things going was actually extremely easy. The people adapted very quickly and we had over 80% participation in the first few weeks."
What results have you seen?
"Friday Feedback allows us to action small issues before they become big ones. I can also see month by month what is the mood of the company and compare that against changes or announcements made to gauge whether such events have a smaller or larger effect than we may have thought. The kudos function is a company favorite and allows people to nicely thank others for their weekly successes.

What is the main benefit from the employee perspective?
"In my opinion, it is mainly two things. First, you have an option to say something nice via Kudos to your colleagues, sometimes it is just easier to write it down and it also means a lot that you took time with it and time is precious.
